Edward Randall

Edward joined Pollen Street in February 2025, bringing a strong track record in real estate investment and valuation. Before joining Pollen Street, he was a Senior Associate at Merricks Capital, an Australian private credit fund, where he played a key role in the assessment and execution of commercial real estate investments across Australia. Prior to joining Merricks Capital, Edward was a Certified Practicing Valuer at CBRE specialising in development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Property Valuations from RMIT University and is a Certified Practicing Valuer.
