Esme Wilson

Esme joined Pollen Street as part of the investment team in August 2025. Prior to joining Pollen Street, Esme worked at Apis Partners focused on financial services growth equity transactions. Before that, she worked at 3i in the investment team focused on European buyouts, as well as M&A origination and execution at Teya. Esme began her career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank.

Esme graduated from the University of Oxford with a First-Class Honours degree in Economics and Management.
