OrderYOYO acquires Foodticket

Pollen Street Capital (“Pollen Street”) is pleased to announce that OrderYOYO has acquired Foodticket, the leading provider of white-label software and payments solutions to quick service restaurants in the Netherlands. The bolt-on acquisition is the first under Pollen Street’s ownership expanding OrderYOYO across the Benelux region, a key strategic priority, and reinforcing its position as the leading European player.

Foodticket is an embedded payments and software provider to quick service restaurants operating principally in the Netherlands but with a growing presence across Belgium and DACH. Similar to OrderYOYO, the business offers online ordering and payment solutions to its 2,500 customers, alongside a well developed in-store offering, complementing OrderYOYO’s product suite well. As such, the acquisition accelerates this part of OrderYOYO’s business whilst expanding the addressable market.

OrderYOYO is an embedded payments provider and European leader in the provision of software and electronic point of sale solutions to quick service restaurants. The acquisition of Foodticket expands the group’s scale and product capability across Europe; post completion, OrderYOYO will support over 16,000 quick service restaurants and 50 million transactions per year. Pollen Street invested in OrderYOYO in May-25 to pursue an accelerated organic and inorganic expansion strategy across Europe. The business has a growing pipeline of targets to build on the momentum of this acquisition, driven by a fragmented market across Europe and increasing need for end-to-end digital solutions from the sector.
