Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners makes strategic investment in Pollen Street Capital Private Credit Fund IV

Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners (“ADCP”), a joint venture between Mubadala Capital and Alpha Wave Global, has announced a strategic investment in leading alternative asset manager Pollen Street Capital’s (“Pollen Street”) Private Credit Fund IV. The investment follows expansion for London-headquartered Pollen Street’s platform as the firm establishes a regional presence in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).

Pollen Street Capital Private Credit Fund IV focuses on asset-based lending to companies with diverse portfolios of assets generating contractual cashflows. The fund targets sectors including SME, residential real estate, leasing and government backed receivables – all essential sectors of the economy, delivering superior returns with controlled risk.

Pollen Street recently opened offices in ADGM and executed its first deal in the region. The partnership underscores its focus on Abu Dhabi as an important and fast-growing market for its platform beyond Europe. Pollen Street has invested over £4.6bn in its credit strategy across over 120 transactions over the last nine years.
