Pollen Street Capital Announces £300 million senior secured facility with SRE Capital

Pollen Street Capital is pleased to announce the completion of a £300m senior secured facility, to SRE Capital (“SRE”), a UK-based funder of renewable energy solutions, both on and off-site.

SRE, via a deep network of strategic partnerships, provides organisations with deliverable renewable energy solutions that enhance ESG credentials, support net-zero goals, and deliver long-term cost certainty and savings, as well as mitigating current resilience and connection issues.

The facility will support the rollout of blended Power Purchase Agreements, built to lower costs, reduce emissions and integrate seamlessly with customer operations. SRE supports high-quality, corporate counterparties across sectors including retail, logistics, manufacturing and hospitality, delivering energy solutions that materially reduce energy costs and carbon intensity. In addition, SRE funds projects within the public sector, enabling government bodies and public institutions to meet their energy efficiency and decarbonisation objectives.
