Pivotal welcomes Purely Financial Planning and KMC Financial to the team

Pivotal is pleased to announce the acquisitions of Purely Financial Planning Limited (“Purely”) and KMC Financial Ltd (“KMC Financial”), two mortgage and protection brokerages operating across the South East of England, in a move that further extends the Group’s regional financial advice footprint.

Purely, established in 2014 and based in Walton‑on‑Thames, Surrey, is a mortgage and protection broker founded and led by Duncan Hodgson and Andrew Glover.  The business has built a strong reputation in its local market for excellent client service and long-term client relationships.

KMC Financial, a mortgage and protection broker based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, has built a well‑established presence delivering expert advice under the leadership of Kevin Orchard, who will continue to lead the business following completion.

Both businesses share Pivotal’s focus on delivering trusted advice, maintaining strong client outcomes and preserving entrepreneurial leadership, and stand to benefit from the scale, resources and regulatory expertise of the wider group.
