Finsolutia and Hipoges agree to acquire Servihabitat

  • Through the sale agreement, Pollen Street Capital will create a Group comprising Finsolutia, Hipoges and Servihabitat, with ~ €60 billion in assets under management and over 2,000 employees across four countries.
  • This acquisition further strengthens the Group’s position in Spain and marks another step in Pollen Street Capital’s strategy to build a leading European tech-enabled platform for debt and real estate management.

Finsolutia and Hipoges today announced an agreement to acquire Servihabitat, one of Spain’s leading real estate and debt management platforms. The transaction further strengthens Finsolutia and Hipoges’ leadership in the Spanish market and positions the combined Group as one of the leading platforms in the sector across Europe.

Finsolutia and Hipoges are backed by Pollen Street Capital (“Pollen Street”). The new combined entity creates a Group with ~€60 billion in assets under management, over 2,000 employees across Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece.

Servihabitat brings extensive expertise in real estate commercialisation, residential assets, rental and land management. Its specialised teams and operational capabilities will complement Finsolutia and Hipoges’ offering and further strengthen the Group’s presence and capabilities in the Spanish market.

This acquisition represents another milestone in Pollen Street’s strategy to build Europe’s leading technology-enabled credit and real estate management platform. By bringing together Finsolutia, Hipoges, and Servihabitat, the Group combines broad geographic coverage with complementary capabilities to deliver a differentiated value proposition for asset owners and investors across Europe through integrated credit management, real estate services, technology and capital solutions.
