How we work together: a year of accelerating growth for PAIR Finance

Towards the end of 2022 Pollen Street welcomed PAIR Finance to the portfolio. PAIR Finance is leading AI-based digital collections platform based in Berlin.

The business had the excellent foundations that we look for. It was a high-growth, digital first collections platform offering unique debt collection technology based on artificial intelligence and behavioural research, aiming to create a more efficient payment process that prioritises customer experience alongside collection rates and long-term customer retention for clients.

Pollen Street has supported PAIR Finance over the last year to grow into four new countries, increase its client base, bolster its finance function and drive other business improvements.
