Leonard Curtis expands services into East Anglia with acquisition of Norwich firm

Leonard Curtis, the corporate restructuring and professional services group backed by Pollen Street Capital (“Pollen Street”), has acquired Parker Andrews, a Norwich-based insolvency and business recovery specialist.

Founded in 2010, Parker Andrews provides corporate insolvency, personal insolvency, business advisory and creditor advisory services. The firm has over 30 employees, including six insolvency practitioners and will continue to be led by Antony Antorkas and his senior management team as part of the Leonard Curtis group.

This acquisition expands Leonard Curtis’ services into East Anglia for the first time and takes its network to 37 locations across the North West, Yorkshire and North East, Midlands, London, the South and offshore. Parker Andrews represents a strong strategic fit for Leonard Curtis with increased national coverage and a shared focus on the close relationships with the accountants, solicitors and other advisers who sit alongside SME owners to help them solve problems and pursue opportunities.

Pollen Street acquired a majority stake in Leonard Curtis in 2025 and alongside diversification and organic growth, this acquisition represents a significant milestone as the group grows and further consolidates the fragmented UK professional services market.
