Lumon Agrees Acquisition of Fiscal FX

We are pleased to announce that Lumon has agreed to acquire Fiscal Payments Ltd (“Fiscal FX”), a fast-growing international payments and foreign exchange specialist based in the UK.

Founded by Archie Scarborough in 2019, Fiscal FX has built a strong and diverse corporate client base, delivering strong growth since inception. The business has developed a reputation for exceptional client service and has transacted over £400m of volume over the last year.
