OrderYOYO expands Dutch footprint with acquisition of Cashdesk

OrderYOYO, a rapidly growing provider of embedded payments and software solutions for European quick service restaurants, today announces that it has acquired Cashdesk, an independent white label software and payments solutions company in the Netherlands.

Founded in 2000 by Rolf van Alten, Cashdesk serves more than 700 restaurant partners with a product that includes an ecommerce solution, point of sale software, online and offline payment processing and self-service kiosks. The business brings more than two million orders per year to OrderYOYO’s platform.

The bolt-on acquisition strengthens OrderYOYO’s existing operations in the Netherlands and expands the group’s scale and product capability across Europe. It is the second bolt-on acquisition completed since Pollen Street Capital’s investment in OrderYOYO in May 2025, and the sixth acquisition the business has made since 2022, as OrderYOYO continues to pursue an accelerated organic and inorganic expansion strategy across Europe.
