Kingswood announces its tenth acquisition of the year

We are pleased to announce that Kingswood has acquired Strategic Asset Managers Limited taking the number of acquisitions in 2022 to ten.

Strategic Asset Managers is a Glasgow based financial advisory business managing over £200m of assets under advice on behalf of 400 clients across the central Scotland and Perthshire areas. The business represents Kingswood’s first acquisition in Scotland increasing its geographical presence further across the UK and Ireland.

The acquisition adds a further three advisors to Kingswood, expanding the client facing advisory team to over 100 people and funds under advice/management to over £8 billion across both the UK and Ireland. Total assets under advice for Kingswood Group now total over £10.5bn.
