Pollen Street provides €120 million EIF-guaranteed senior secured facility to InSoil

Pollen Street Capital (“Pollen Street”) today announces the completion of a €120 million senior secured facility to InSoil.

InSoil is an SME finance platform founded in 2020, specialising in equipment and working capital financing to small and medium-sized agricultural businesses in Lithuania and Poland to support transitioning to regenerative agricultural practices. Since inception, InSoil has supported more than 3,500 SMEs across Europe.

The underlying loans benefit from a guarantee from the European Investment Fund (EIF) under the InvestEU programme.

This investment reflects Pollen Street’s continued focus on European specialty finance platforms with strong origination franchises, government-backed structural protections, and clear positive environmental and social impact.
