OrderYOYO appoints Peter Plumb as Chair

OrderYOYO, the rapidly-growing European provider of online ordering, payment and marketing software solutions for quick service and takeaway restaurants, has announced the appointment of Peter Plumb as Chair of the Board.

Peter brings extensive experience in digital consumer businesses, having served for ten years as a FTSE 250/100 CEO, including Chief Executive of Just Eat Group and MoneySuperMarket Group, where he led major digital transformations and platform migrations. He has most recently held Chair, Senior Independent Director and Non-Executive roles at Visa Europe, Storio Group (formerly Photobox Group), Blue Light Card Group and Co-operative Group, and has deep experience guiding private equity-backed businesses through platform transformation, international expansion and profitable growth.

Peter, who joined as Chair in May 2026, has spent his first months working closely with Jesper and the executive team on the group’s next phase of growth and strategic review. His appointment comes at a pivotal time for OrderYOYO, as the business, backed by Pollen Street Capital, continues to expand across Europe, most recently through the acquisitions of Foodticket and CashDesk, extending its reach into the Benelux region.
