Sancus bolsters capacity with upsize to the senior secured credit facility from Pollen Street

Pollen Street is pleased to announce an upsize to the senior secured credit facility to Sancus, a specialist real estate lender. This upsize brings the total facility size to £200, including accordion.

Sancus Group is a specialist finance group providing short-term bridge and development financing to SME house builders and property professionals across the UK and Ireland. Sancus employs a team of highly experienced underwriters with a proven track record of delivering strong and consistent returns in the bridging and development market and has lent ~£1.2 billion since 2014.

Sancus is a long-term borrower of Pollen Street and this increased facility is designed to support the continued growth of Sancus’s real estate lending business. This facility is in line with Pollen Street’s approach of supporting high-quality counterparties with lending facilities that have robust structural protections, with granular, cross collateralised and geographically diverse asset pools. We are pleased to extend and expand our partnership with Sancus to help provide funding for affordable mass-market homes and small scale developments in the UK and Ireland.
