Pollen Street invests in Kingswood Group

Pollen Street invests in Kingswood Group to create an international, scalable wealth management business.

We are pleased to announce that PSC III LP has entered into an agreement with Kingswood Holdings Limited (“Kingswood”) to execute a consolidation strategy in the wealth management sector.

Kingswood is an AIM-listed (AIM: KWG) wealth management group, primarily focussed on the provision of financial advice to more than 4,500 active clients. It currently has approximately £2bn of assets under management and advice.
